Its meat is white, delicious and along with all the edible molluscs it is the richest in iron animal food. The cuttlefish, in contrast to its ``cousin``, the squid, swims less and slower and therefore has more tender meat and more ink.

It is known as the clever creature, with the huge brain and the three hearts. The octopus has also appeared in mythology as a huge sea monster. For us here, however, but also for the rest of the world, it is and will be a delicious dish that we will always look for at every table.
